Positive False messages in Matlab 2009 folder

Dear forum,

I've been using NIS 2010 since January without any problems so far.

Now I have the following virus false positive message:

In my folder Matlab 2009 3 files are suspected being infected since mid of March 2010.

I have scanned this folder via complete system scan since February at least 3 times

and there haven't been any viruses.

Therefore I think that the files are false positives due to up-to-date virus definitions.

I ask you for some help with this problems, because as soon as I do a backup of these files they are deleted

and I'm sure that these files are not infected.

Excerpt from scan log:

c:\program files\matlab\r2009a\toolbox\rtw\targets\xpc\target\build\xpcblocks\adkmdas1800hr.mexw32 - deleted
c:\program files\matlab\r2009a\toolbox\rtw\targets\xpc\target\build\xpcblocks\digespia2a.mexw32 - deleted
c:\program files\matlab\r2009a\toolbox\rtw\targets\xpc\target\build\xpcblocks\dinipctio10.mexw32 - deleted

Best regards
