hi!

Please help, I am a Norton Internet Security 2011 user, i followed all the steps to updating until it took me to microsoft word page (read only) and after that i could not do anything. On the microsoft word page i can see CONTINUE but i cannot click on it..

Hi Tjay,

If you have any promblems in upgrading to NIS 2012 through the product UI, you can just directly download NiS 2012 setup file and over install on NIS 2011.

But please take a backup of Identity safe data before upgrading, this is just for a precautionary purpose.

The Identity safe settings would be retained only but you can keep this a backup for future use.

The direct link for NIS 2012 download is www.norton.com/nis12.

On upgrading, please run LU untill it says no updates required.
