Further to my earlier post in message # 8, Symantec employee Jens Sorensen has just posted here that the next product update for Identity Safe will not be released until the first quarter of 2012. I hope that doesn't include the proposed WAX update that was supposed to fix logins for specific sites already reported to Symantec.
Jens' post also includes a comment about Identity Safe not working with Flash-based logins, but I believe that was an issue with 2011 and earlier Norton products as well.
