I had high hopes with NAV 2009. Maybe it's fast and good but then programs in my computer no longer run... NAV 2009 detects many files as virus and deletes them automatically and now i cannot run programs requiring these files. And I can't see any option of excluding the files from being scanned. God it's driving me crazy.
Is there.. is there any way i can maybe tell my NAV that those files are absolutely safe and not to mess with them. Come on I've had those files since ages and they haven't busted my computer.
I hope some one helps me coz I kinda like this product but I'll have to move on if it's the way it is.

Hi
You can use the "exclusions" lists.
Click "settings", Then go down to "Scan Exclusions" Click "Configure" to the right. There are 2 lists (or possible lists) Scan Exclusions and Auto Protect Exclusions, you can add them to the list(s).
