Today my pc was infected with a Ransomlock!g36 virus that Norton found and said deleted. However my user desktop starts to come up then all I get is this full page on the screen in Dutch with the usual ransom note crap. I can't do anything except force a reboot with the power button and start in safe mode. Other desktops on the same PC are fine. I've run Norton, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware etc. and they all say it's clean but it keeps happening. I've used about all the tricks I know. Any ideas? I can edit the Registry if that might work but have no idea of what to look for.
Thanks

This seems to be a standard reply to many questions on here. I would like some direction how to possibly fix the issue instead of telling me to go to some pay site to have someone do it for me. Thanks anyway.
