Yesterday, I noticed a red "X" on the Norton icon. When I clicked on it, a message appeared stating "Your computer is at risk." I hit the "Fix It" button & it scanned thru Autopotect, Antispyware, Sonar & email protection but could not fix them. Under the settings the above are turned off. They can be turned back on but immediately revert to off. I used the eraser thing & it found a problem of some sort but did not help with the above. My product is up-to-date & subscription active. Please help!

Welcome,
Please download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to clean up the copy on your machine.
