I got my update yesterday and it works great.  A reboot was necessary as mentioned already and also, I notice now that identity safe can auto-fill my facebook logon.

Hi all,

I have NIS 2011 after upgrade to 18.6.0.29 polish version.

And in directory C:\Program Files\Norton internet Security\ i have:

- Branding - 18.5.0.125

- Engine - 18.6.0.29

- MUI - 18.6.0.29.

Version which print NIS is 18.6.0.29.

Is this OK?

Is directory Branding shoud be 18.5.0.125 or 18.6.0.29?

Hi marek324,

18.5.0.125 is correct for this file.  Updates do not necessarily overwrite all of Norton's files with new ones, so version numbers of individual files can be older.  The only thing that matters is that Supprt > About should indicate 18.6.0.29.

18.5.0.125 for Branding is correct if you patched from a previous version.  If you install 18.6 directly then the Branding folder will be 18.6.0.29
