Recieved an alert on HTTP Fragus Toolkit Download Activity...am I safe still?

So, I clicked a link on wiki and it took me to a website.  I noticed a box popped up and it was a message from Norton 2011.  It said that it had blocked HTTP Fragus Toolkit Download Activity and no action is required.  Am I safe still or do I have a malware?  Also, what exactly does this HTTP Fragus Toolkit Download Activity do?  Should I still be concerned?  I ran a full system scan and nothing showed up.  Is it possible the malware got through?

 

Just some other info.  I'm running windows 7 and was using chrome when it happened.

It sounds like malicious script on the website was blocked by Norton, which is what it is supposed to do.  You should be fine.
