I recently installed a new SSL certificate and the safe website icon change from green with a check mark t gray with a ?.  My site was verified long ago. About a year ago, the same thing happened, and a Norton person foxed the problem for me.  I hope his is still around.  My SSL certificate is active as when you go to cart, the URL starts with https://.  Please help as I am losing sales.

 I would suggest you to report the same in the Norton safe web website mentioned below. So that the website can be looked on to and the website can be marked safe if it is.

As stated before, your site is currently rated Safe (Green) by Norton Safe Web:

The full page block and warning about a certificate issue for another page on your site is presented by the browser. If you are having a problem with your site security certificate, that does not involve Norton Safe Web.

We cannot help with certificate problems.
