You would need obtain a "VeriSign Trusted" seal from VeriSign, a site authentication company that is now part of Symantec.  VeriSign Trusted sites have had their identities confirmed by VeriSign and, if the site uses SSL, the SSL certificate is issued by VeriSign.  Since a Symantec company has authenticated the site, it is given the Norton Secured rating to indicate this added assurance of the site's safety.
