Around December 8th, I noticed there was a gray icon with a white question mark next to my site, www.mchmedical.com.  Following Safe Web instructions, I was able to get my site verified.  However, Safe web has not been by to evaluate my site yet.  The instructions said "two weeks" and it has now been over 6 weeks.  My sales are down 80% and I am losing money everyday. Please help - how can I get my site evaluated?

I am sorry to hear of the delay you are experiencing.

Can you confirm that ownership has been verified by a message similar to this in your Safe Web profile?

I will be happy to notify the Safe Web team of your issue.  Please allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

Your site ownership has been manually verified and your site 'mchmedical.com' has been submitted for analysis. Note that the initial evaluation process may take up to two weeks to complete.

Yes, it says "Site Verified" by my web address, www.mchmedical.com .

Actually, it says "ownership verified" under Status.

I now have a green check-mark rather than a gray circle with a white question mark.   THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
