I bought the two-pack Security/Utilities for 3 PC's today (7-1-11). However, the icon on my desk top does not take me to the product, it still has the info from the expired product, and even though I entered the Product Key in the appropriate box, clicking on the arrow after entering it does not go anywhere. On the Norton (Symantec) site they scanned and said that the 2011 product is running on my computer, but on another page it says the expiration date is 7.2.11......tomorrow. The utilies product downloaded, was registered, and works fine....what am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Norton Community.
If your old product was also Norton Internet Security (NIS for short) then you can click on the Renew button at the bottom of the main window and enter the product key in the box provided and click the button to the right of the box.
If you renewed directly with Symantec through the Norton program or your Norton Account, then go to Support > Subscription status and this should sync your subscription information with the Symantec server.
If you had some other product prior to this, please let us know the details of what you had before proceeding further.
