Hi, as the title goes
I have 3 sec freezes when i connect to the web .had it sience about a mounth or so.
my spec are : XP\SP4 with NIS 2011 and 8MB DSL connection
Iam a little worried it could be an indication of a spyware
so if anyone had it or got a helpful tip
it would be appreciated

If Malware Bytes shows no threats it does not mean your system is clean !
Also If any threats detectd don`t remove Post the log file here for others to assist/give the green signal to remove!
some threat removal can cause damage to your o/s files so you may require an expert to help you out!

I would think this more related to your ISP than any other factor. Did you change any of your browser settings such as clearing all temp files, cookies, etc. each time you close your browser? If so, the initially connection to your ISP home page is going to take a bit longer since it's reinitializing all those settings you deleted when you previously closed the browser.
