Norton Sonar Advanced Protection isn’t working on my computer anymore I have Norton Internet Security and Antivirus Protection. Norton stopped working completely but Auto Fix fixed everything but the Sonar Advanced Protection every time it tries to fix it it keeps failing to fix the problem I’ve also clicked on support but it says that there are no issues

Is there a way to fix this?

You might try running the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool

be sure to reboot and run live update until the program tells you that all updates have been downloaded and installed.

Alright thanks I have windows 7 and Norton Internet Security and Antivirus Protection Version 19,9,0,9

last night I did the live update and restarted my computer like you said and it still didnt work but it was late and i had to go to sleep so i shut my computer down. Today i turned my computer back on and its working now ts not the first time it does this so im not sure if i should let it be or reinstall Norton again incase theres something playing around with it

what do you recommand?
