After downloading Norton Security in August I now have a new PC and went straight to Norton, My Account to download to the new machine. After download I realised the new programme was in Spanish? Can someone change my download to English for the new computer please?

Please make sure that your new computer didn't already come pre-installed with another security program. If it did, you will have to thoroughly remove that other security program using the control panel method and rebooting and then the use of the removal tool from the other company,

Please uninstall NIs 2012 from the control panel method to remove the Spanish version and reboot.

Then you can reinstall NIS 2012 in English.

What probably happened is that you originally bought NIS 2012 or an earlier version from a place that sold you the Spanish. version.

I don't know if Customer Support can do anything about changing  the language that is in mynortonaccount, but you can ask them using the free customer support  chat link.
