Spelling mistake in Norton Tasks 'Identiy Safe Maintenance' which failed to complete

Hi,

I Noticed some new Norton Tasks and they are grayed out. I found the article 'About the Norton Tasks' which explained the tasks and why they are grayed out. One of the Norton Tasks is misspelled 'Identiy Safe Maintenance' instead of 'Identity Safe Maintenance'!

Also the task failed to complete. What is the risk and when will the task run again? Is this related to the problems with using Indentity Safe from the browser?

Regards,

Frunsel

Yes the task will run again.  Just let your PC set for a while or wait the next day... it will re-run eventually.  Noticed the spelling mistake also.

Hi Frunsel and needhelp2234:

Good job finding the spelling error! :smileyvery-happy:

I have reported it to Symantec's technical staff via PM for their action!

Details are important!

Many thanks,

Kind of makes you wonder if they don't pay enough attention to details that really matter.
