Regarding business rating:
Thanks so much for contacting buysafe for me, I'll look for the business rating to appear in 3-4 days.

Regarding website homepage thumbnail:
I see that my website homepage thumbnail is now updated in my profile -- appreciate it.

Regarding Google search issue:
I'm using Windows IE8.  Did a Google search and I can now see the safe web mark.  I noticed that the only time I don't see the safe web mark is when I am logged in on my gmail account.  If this is standard behavior while in gmail, I can live with it. Bottom line is, my website is rated safe and I'm happy!
