The problen In NOT solved  I ran Live update on 6 machines and the bug is still there.

Some fool moved me here.

Still, the post should not have been moved to its own thread, since it was clearly a further posting in  regards to gwm's earlier comments in that thread about the issue of Norton crashing when user modifications are made to Program Control.  It is now completely out of context.

I have followed the link and as I see it you are seeking to add a dll which is not a program and therefore not what Program Control was designed for. However, I also see that the administrator responded to you. I think you need to be more patient than waiting only one or two days.

I tried doing what you listed and had no problem. Still it seems there is an issue when one is trying to add large number executables.

I feel sure that the original thread will be updated if and when a patch is available. Until then you should continue running live update but do not expect a resolution merely  because you run live update.

My culture has used that expression since the day before I was born.  Study your cultural history more.  It is associated  with ignorance, not stupidity.
Sorry, next time I will use another, more "fashionable: expression.

Anyone that is a soft-devs knows that dll's can call also.

OK, I'll tell everone that they are just going to have to wait.  In some cases this is effecting productivity.

It's not a question of "fashionable: or even "fashionable" .....

Any of us can be wrong but we have a history of courtesy here and using the word "fool" whatever your culture is is out of line and adds nothing to your complaint.

So let's just concentrate on getting the solution.
