Streaming video is blocked by Norton Anti Virus

I am having a problem similar to the one another user described with Norton Internet Security.  Until I installed Norton Anti Virus 2008 (updating 2007) I was able to view the streaming video from the national zoo at http://nationalzoo.si.edu/Animals/GiantPandas/

I am now longer able to view the streaming video on this page on either my desktop running XP-Pro, Windows Media Player 11 nor on my Laptop running Windows Media Center, Windows Media Player 11.

I have the Windows XP Firewall turned off and am using the firewall that is part of the Norton Anti Virus 2008.

I brought my work computer home and was able to view the site via the wireless network I have at home and have my home laptop and desktop connected to.  I checked the codecs and they are identical and the work computer is running XP with Media Player 11.

Any ideas?

Works for me with NIS 2009. Try upgrading to NIS 2009. Use the Norton Removal tool to be safe.
Real Time Protection = NIS 2009 + NAT
Behavior Analysis = Threatfire
On Demand = MBAM
Rootkit Eradicator

Please try this first: http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/support/special/upgrade2007/product_nav_download.jsp.  If you do do this, turn on your Windows' Firewall.  If you do not want to do this, let us know.
