I expect that this is a common problem, but
I renewed a trial version of Norton ANTIVIRUS with a full version (in Sep 2010).
Now trying to download ANTIVIRUS onto a second laptop.
I cannot locate either the PRODUCT KEY (to email Customer Support) or ACTIVATION KEY (to activate the second laptop). My account status tells me that I am entitled to protection for 3 PCs and have 216 days of valid subscription.
Following the FAQ / support pages keep taking me around in circles !
ALL help gratefully received.

When your looking in your norton account the key should be listed right there.
It's also on your system that has the activated installation. Search for a file called "key.txt", it is a text file with a 25 digit key in it.
You didn't say what version of windows your running but it will be in one of the Norton subfolders. On my XP system it's located: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Norton\(long number)\(another long number)
