Subscription Account Error

Help
My account is showing is showing only 1 activation left on a 3 pc subscription. As I have only installed Norton successfully on 1 pc with Windows Vista, a second attempt on an other pc was unsuccessful due to a different Windows being installed and I don't have that pc any more.
So how do I correct my account to show 2 activations left?

I would recommend that you contact customer service as they are the ones who fix activation and subscription problems. You may contact them via the free chat program as this is the quickest method. This is the listing for US/Can. If you need another location, please let us know.
