I have 15 days of my trial coverage left,so this a.m. I used a pre-paid Visa to renew it. Shortly after,I went to www.mygiftcardsite.com and there was a 'pending' charge of $54.26 by SYMANTEC,with a balance of $6.74 remaining on the card. My product never showed up in my Account, and after waiting all day I contacted live-chat support. They said there is no record of my payment because of insufficient funds. A re-check of the gift card site showed this not to be true.(The one other purchase made on the card has processed normally.) The REP said his supervisor would call me within 5 minutes,but never did,and that was 2 hours ago. Can anyone suggest how I resolve this problem?
