I have been trying to contact your support regarding false positive detection for almost one week.
Does any one support this product? If so, why are my requests ignored?

No it doesn't help.
Because I have submitted 3 reports, but without any success.
Could you find all my emails and explain why they have not been replied?

Hi Tim_Thaller
Sorry that I can't do that as I do not work for Symantec. Most of the people posting here are just users, like yourself, helping others with Norton issues. The user names you see in Red are Symantec Staff.
Perhaps the following post from Tony Weiss may help better

Hello Tim_Thaller
A lot of times emails from Symantec end up in the spam folders. Have you checked your spam detectors for any responses. Also emails have a slow return I have found out. You usually get quicker responses by posting your problems in the Forum here or by contacting customer support. However, today is a holiday in the USA, so there may be limited responses today also. When you submitted the false positives, did you use the forms from this link.
Please use this link if you think that a file is a false positive:
https://submit.symantec.com/dispute/
If there is a possibility that the file might be infected, please submit it to Symantec using this link:
https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/retail.cgi
Another alternative which is fast you can use Threat Expert:

(Thanks to Yaso for providing the links)
I hope that this will get you a quicker response. If it doesn't, please let us know. Thanks.
Success always occurs in private and failure in full view.
