Symantec Service Framework

After the update to NIS09 16.7.2.11, there were a few times on my XP computer where it booted up with a "Symantec Service Framework failed to start" problem.  I haven't seen it happening lately until today when I booted up my Vista computer to be greeted by the same message.  Restarting it turned back normal.

What gives?

Re: Symantec Service Framework

Hi Cilixz,

I would suggest you to run Norton Removal Tool and install NIS 2010 product which is available for download. You can install the NIS 2010(17.0)- latest version in your computer and activate it using the Product Key of NIS 2009 from your Norton Account. You can download NIS 2010 from this LINK. Let us know the results.
