As per my replies in another thread (which are not being replied to now):
We are having a problem here on two Windows XP Pro 32bit machines and the latest version of Norton Antivirus.
Both machines over the last month or so have been resetting on certain websites AND viewing certain e-mails in Outlook 2010. Not always 100% of the time but around 80%. Not even a blue screen, or a log in event viewer. (yes we tried turning off restart on error in win xp).
Had tried everything including no add ons, uninstalling and reinstalling java, flash etc.
Had tried uninstalling norton and using clean up tool and reinstalling but still had problem, so originally thought it wasnt Norton. But now fully uninstalled on one machine and no longer getting the problem.
One e-mail in particular was a viking direct promotional mail that kept resetting machine as soon as images were downloaded.
One website in particular was bank of america. After logging in and clicking on an account.
Any advice or ideas much appreciated!
