I received a phone call from Tim this morning and he helped me install my Norton properly.
I guess I was trying to put my AntiVirus 2011 Into Norton 360. My Mistake...
I hate being taken advantage of and [removed] a bad bad man.
But THANKS to the people here at the Norton Forums I am up and running...

Be sure to contact our support through http://support.symantec.com
The support representative that livingagain75 contacted was not a Symantec support representative, but a 3rd party support group that charges for support and is not affiliated with Symantec. This was confirmed when he had given me the phone number that he called, and I performed a Google search on it.

WHY go to the NORTON support web site when all you get is NATHAN, a search engine, with no real support available?
Paying for suupport might be better than NO SUPPORT AT ALL!

Nathan is not the sharpest tool in the shed, but Customer Service is very effective at solving problems. You can get there by clicking support on your main page or through this link for CHAT.

If you use the system correctly there is first class support available from the Norton website ... certainly much more than the Nathan robot .....
Here for example and based on extensive user feedback the OnLine CHAT is extremely efficient and friendly.
But all of this depends on understanding what you are doing and using the right part of the system.
