Trojan Zero.Access and Gen2: 80000000.@ file continuously reported by Norton

Hi, I need help getting rid of the malware. Norton can't seem to solve the problem as it continuously is reporting that it deletes the file, but it seem to always come back. Initiallly Norton reported the malware as trojan.gen2, but now it reports Zero.access. I have read a couple of threads of the same malware and need help to get rid of it.

Please help. Thank you.

Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.

Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:

Click the Look button to start the scan.

When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.

Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt
