You may have what appears to be a Rootkit and a Bootkit, so will think about this, will be back later.

Re: Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf NEED HELP PLZ!

How did you find out that you're infected with "zeroaccess"?  Assuming that's correct try Kaspersky TDSSkiller.  Bitdefender also offers a free antizeroaccess tool.

xxmaverickxx,

PLEASE NOTE:  -

Now that you have Quads assisting you,  DO NOT run ANY tools unless Quads asks as you may end up with no help at all.  It will only make his job much harder.

@ Victek,

Quads is a malware removal specialist and doesn't require your assistance.

Thanks,  Dave.

Hi xxmavrickxx,

Since Quads is helping you, you should not run any anti-malware programs or attempt any other fixes unless Quads directs you to do so.

EDIT - Looks like, once again, I have been out-typed.  Good advice, Krusty13!

You may be correct that my assistance isn't required, but this is a public forum and it wasn't stated anywhere that this was a private conversation.  You should have indicated that as a matter of courtesy.

I am sorry if I offended you.

It's not that it is a private conversation,  but when it comes to removing viruses and other malware,  it is best to stick with advice from one person so as not to get conflicting advice and,  as I mentioned,   it can make the removal procedure more complicated than necessary.

Cheers,  Dave.
