Trojan.Zeroaccess system infected, removal help needed!

I too have been infected by the Zeroaccess bug.

 

I have read many of the Zeroaccess threads and Quads seems to be able to help repair this.

 

Quads could you help me too? 

 

I'm running WindowsXP and I have a flash drive ready.
