Unable to cancel subscription

I've a problem:

a) I've been notified that I will automatically be billed

for my subscription to updates.

b) I've long since eliminated all Norton/Symantec products

from my system in preference to other services.  I no longer

have the associated CDs.  I no longer have a record of any

serial numbers etc.

c)  I've been unable to find anyway on the Symantec website

to cancel my subscription without those serial numbers, or

(even worse) email them about my desire to cancel.

d) In fact, I no longer use Internet Explorer but have found

it necessary to use it in order to sign up to access this

forum.

How can I cancel?

Re: Unable to cancel subscription

I think you are referring to the Auto Renewal process. It is really easy to cancel this. I suggest you to contact the Customer Support team using the link Customer Service . You can use the chat option to contact them. They just need your email address to cancel the Auto Renewal in their tools. They may ask you for the serial numbers, tell them you do not have any and the only thing you have is the email address.

If you do mean what Vuneeth says, or if you do not have any Norton Products on your system and wish to Cancel the Subscription for whatever reason, then please contact Customer Services via the Web Link that Vineeth gave and let us know how you got on!

From Users' Feedback, it seems E-mail is better than Chat.

Re: Unable to cancel subscription

Thanks for the feedback. Which of the Customer Support routes did you use? Or did you deal with it through the software?
