sorry, I am also unable to verify my site ownership and I am not sure why. We have inserted the code and when we click the link http://adventurerehab.co.uk/nortonsw_3a97ce40-77dc-0.html to check it is there I can see it (and I can't see any problems with the way it is written) but I guess I am missing something. The site works both with & with out the www. and the rest of the adress is correct and is what is in our profile.

Your nortonsw file contains some extra HTML formatting, but there is enough information for the Safe Web team to manually verify ownership.
