Hi,

I am having the same trouble as the OP, my site too is with Weebly but I am unable to get it verified. I have tried everything but it still fails every time. For now I have just put the Meta code in the Meta Keywords box as I read that if it was in there then perhaps if someone from Norton were able to take a look they could manually verify it? Apologies in advance if that is wrong but I really am at a loss as what to do get verified, thanks in advance for any help.

HI Stewyc,

Welcome to the Norton Community. For better visibility I have asked the moderator to split your post into its own thread.

I have checked your source code on your home page and I do not see the safeweb alpha-numeric code in the kewords.

You should copy/paste the entire 128 character alpah-numeric code from your safeweb confirmation email into your keywords tag, making sure that it is separated from other keywords with a comma.

If you can do this I will check and request manual ownership verification once I can see the code.

Thanks for taking the time to try and help me, I have put the Meta code in and it is the only thing now in the description box and have re-published my site so hopefully you should be able to see it now.

Hi Stew,

I can see the safeweb alpha-numeric code but it has been somewhat mangled in the way your hosting software put it in. Keywords should also be separate by a comma, not a semi-colon.

However, since I can view the code I will go ahead and request manual ownership verification.

Please allow the safe web team 1-2 days to respond to you in this thread.

Please leave this code in place, until the safe web team has confirmed in this thread that ownership has been verified. After that you can safely remove the code.
