I was downloading an installer for a game called Ragnarok Online but Norton Insight removed it. Usually Norton asks me to locate the file before it tries removing but I was playing another game while I was waiting for it to download so I think it removed it on its own.
Is there anyway to restore this file? It took me 2 hours to download. Now I have to download it again.
I use Windows 7 and have Norton Internet Security 2011 Version 18.0.6.29.
Under Security History: Download Insight it says the following details:
Action Taken: Removed
File Name: xperiencero_full.exe (WS.Reputation.1)
Reputation Level: Bad
Under more details it says only 5 users have this file.
And says threat is medium.
Update: I tried downloading a different installer but its removing that one also. Even when I disable download insight and restored the file, it removed it again....

Hi,
please report the problem here: https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/
They will check the file, and report back to you in 1 day :). Once they are done the exclusion for this false detection will be included in the next updates. After you should not have any issues with the download any more :).
Let us know the results.
