I ran live update and it told me to restart the PC so I assumed that it was the 19.5.0.145 patch. I restarted the computer and it was still on 19.2.0.10. Does anyone know why this happened? I would be thankful if anybody could help me with this.

Hi SlamDunkley,
Please run liveupdate repeatedly until it shows " your Norton product has latest updates" and reboot whenever it requires.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes?
Thanks,
Senthil

Got the same issue. I'm using NAV 19.1.0.28. And I got a new folder with files:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NortonInstaller\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85E
Btw This is a non english version (dutch)

That's what I was doing all day until finally I was told by Norton to restart. I restart and the version number remains the same. I really doubt anymore updates are going to come through. I don't feel I should reinstall my Norton Intenet Security because I installed it on a freshly installed system just a few weeks ago.

Depending on which updates you have installed, you may need to reboot/run LiveUpdate a few times before you're at 19.5.

@senthilkumar and Tony Weiss
I'm not using a english version. So why do I get this update ??????
Just updated another machine that has a non english version 19.2.0.10, and the same thing happens, the update has a size off 26,57mb. And the same folder appears.

Because eventually we'll update all languages. That's why you got that package via LiveUpdate.

Hi brihy1
Check for new version will work only if we release New version of NIS e.g. 2011 to 2012 and not for Live updates.
Thanks,
Senthil
