Hi all,
I downloaded the free trial of Norton AntiVirus 2011, but when it failed to automatically download, I went into the confirmation email to try again. When I logged in to my account, it said that I had no products on my account. Who should I contact/what can I do about this?

Have you managed to download / install / run NAV 2011
