I put the metatag thing on my home page of my website and it still says that it still hasn't been verified. http://www.uglyteez.com. My domain is with godaddy.com & my site is with bigcartel.com. I don't know how to get my site verified.

Yes, just place the complete meta tag as a small text font (maybe near the bottom) on your home page.
