When I googled on the exe file listed as the third risk, one message had a reference to Adaware having spotted it and had it under discussion with Norton so maybe the ran it through their test procedure and OK'd the elements considered to be risks?

You're right. I just heard from the team that the reported malware was removed from the site, and our SafeWeb team manually analyzed the Website and changed the ratings to green.

Good to know that Norton was correctly doing its job -- however odd it might seem!
