I have a site to be verified but it won't have it, keeps telling me to upload the html file or add the meta tag.

I've removed the site from the profile and readded more than once, used the html file downloaded directly from the profile page and added the html tag but still getting the same. Please can a Norton bod check it:  crestacarpets.co.uk

The Safe Web meta tag appears to be properly formatted and placed on your home page.

I will notify the Safe Web team of your issue.  Please allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

In the mean time, could you double check that the URL you submitted to Safe Web exactly matches your website address, letter for letter?

To be notified by email when a reply is posted, go to My Settings > Preferences and check the box for: "Automatically Subscribe Me to Topics I Participate In".

Phil, yes it does match. Meant to say I used the URL directly from the email to check the HTML file contents as well so that has it OK :o)
