Hello Rajesh,

I posted a message on 5/30/2010 regarding 'Status of website verification' -- which has been verified (Thanks for your help!) In the same post, I inquired about the business rating for my shopping cart www.shop.missionpawsable.com.  In your response dated 6/1/2010, you indicated that you contacted buysafe and it would take 3-4 business days.  My shopping cart meets all the requirements, yet it is still unrated.  Can you tell me how much longer before the business rating appears? Does the request need to be resubmitted?

Hello Lena,

Since the shopping cart rating data is provided by a third party partner, it wouldn't hurt for you to contact buySAFE and confirm that they have your site on the Norton Safe Web list.
