Welcome,
Trust is a value earned by an individual or corporation based on their spoken/written promises and their performance over time. If they keep their promises and their product/service performs as advertised they should be able to earn your trust. Accept that neither persons nor corporations are perfect and that errors/failures/accidents happen. If they are infrequent it may lower your trust level but should not destroy it. If there are more failures/errors/untruths than facts and correct performance it would be very unwise to trust them with anything of value, governments excluded of course.
Stay well and surf safe
