Wifi

Something has attached itself to my wifi receiver and is blocking all incoming signals, have tried getting rid of it seeing the Norton scans and the Power Eraser but can't seem to get it out can anyone help me get rid of this pest

Hi divefanatic,

 

What operating system are you using?  Do you have any internet connectivity?  Can you descibe the problem in more detail?

windows 7, internet only if i plug in and thats pretty much it not recieving any wifi signals because of it
