Just a simple question regarding NIS 2011 and the current Firefox 11.0. I ask as my wife is keeping NIS 2011 as ID Safe in 2012 is still bad. I have NIS 2012 on 2 of our systems but the 3rd license is being used on her system to keep NIS 2011 active for another year or until ID safe is FIXED! Also, please don't ask me what is broken in ID Safe for NIS 2012...I see these login bugs on my NIS 2012 systems but will work around them.

Thank you. I missed the NIS 2011 items. Also, I am aware of the NIS 2012 ID safe fixes, but some items...like bank logins and my TIVO.COM login are still broken.

Thanks for providing the URL.   "login still broken" means auto fill is not happening or auto acquisition is not happening?

Is it specific to any browser or occurring in all browsers(IE/FF/Chrome)?

Yes, all browsers...at least FF9, 10, and11 and also IE. If I go directly to a GMAIL account, I get to a page that is set for google accounts. If I use the multi ID safe bar it is OK. Also, my TIVO.COM account will not log me in any more. I have to go to signin and hit login and it works. It seems some 2 page logins still do not work. They ALWAYS worked in NIS 2011 and that is why my wife keeps NIS2011...using one of the NIS 2012 Keys. I am using NIS 2012, so I see the IDSafe login issues and know they are still not all fixed.

Hi MPSAN,

We have checked autofill issue with tivo.com from ourside. Issue is not reproducible and its working fine.

Configuration:  IE8/FF11 WIndows XP-SP3 EN,

Could you check autofill option in "edit login" for that particular login and check whether you have ignored that page by clicking "ignore this page " from Norton toolbar->Identity safe->options

If you still face the problem, delete and re create a login to check the issue.

I did recreate the login with the same results. It used to work in ID Safe in NIS 2011.If I go here, it will not log me in and go to my shows, etc.

This used to go here, log me in, and go to a tivo and I could search shows or add one online. I could switch Tivo's as well. Now it goes to the shows page and says that no shows were found with my userID as the show title. It does NOT log me in first!

Hi MPSAN,

Auto fill and auto auto submit are working fine for https://www3.tivo.com/tivo-tco/index.do in IE8 and FF11. If you still  have problem after navigating particular site, report in following way. From identity safe->Report issue->Fill the feedback form and submit.

Yes, it now works with TIVO...I used your URL. I never changed the URL when going from NIS 2011 to NIS 2012. In fact when I deleted the TIVO ID and recreated it, it selected the URL that had issues...too many parameters in the URL. Now it works. I only have issues with GMAIL logins now!
