au_exe

I just found in my suspicious activity log the following

risk low

au_.exe made 32 modifications to internet explorer settings

I'm thinking this had to do with uninstalling my adobe flash player 9 but want to confirm if others have experienced this

Re: au_exe

Hi NY1986,

Although au_.exe can be associated with malware, it is also a process belonging to Adobe Flash Player ActiveX.

"risk low

au_.exe made 32 modifications to internet explorer settings"

Since you just updated your Flash Player and the update will affect Internet Explorer, this entry in your activity log would be normal as long as the time corresponds to the time of your update. Notice that Norton has classified it as a low risk.
