Well my system had some corrupted files that's why the network map couldn't work..thanks everyone!

Just to add further detail, Everett analyzed nina's installation log and determine the failure was due to corrupted system files.  Running "sfc /scannow" detected corrupted files and repaired them allowing the product to install the required Norton driver.

Great, not only does the map work now, but her installation is again spick and span.
