Can you go to the Quarantine History window and see an entry for this. If you see an entry, then you can restore the file from there.

If you do not see the entry, then turn off Download Intelligence and then download the file. Here is how you can turn off Download Intelligence:

1. Start the Norton 2011 product.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Web Settings.

4. Under Web settings, turn off Download Intelligence.

After you turn off Download Intelligence, download your game. After you download it, add the ariethmuinstall.exe file to Scan, Auto-Protect, and Sonar exclusion list. You can find the steps in the following Support Article:

http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=kb20100422142753EN_EndUserPro...

Make sure that you turn on Download Intelligence after you follow these steps.
