My family acquired a 3 user version of Norton Antivirus and have installed it successfully on 2 computers. However the 3rd computer is a laptop without a hard disk drive and they do not have an external hard disk drive. Can they download the same prodcut from the Norton site and use the product key/serial number from the disk version to register the download? if so can you breifly explain how?
Thanks Angie

Laptop Without Hard Disk Drive!!!??? Then "NO" as you may be not having any Software or OS installed at all.
But if you have a Solid State Hard Disk Drive then "Yes". But make sure you download the same product as required as per the license you have. And if have a Norton Account for the product you are having then you can login in the Norton Account fron the Laptop and Download form there, you will not have to enter the product key/serial number.

Hi,
If you sign in to Your Norton account from the 3rd computer you will find a download button. Downloading from here will not require you Product Key as it will be already activated.
Remember to run Live Update, rebooting where required, until no more updates are available.
