When I installed NIS 2012 a few weeks ago to replace my expired 2011 version, I suddenly lost the ability to mark and notify Norton of spam emails and automatically add the senders to my spam list.
Norton tech support gave me a fix, which restored that utility and it worked for all of one rebooting cycle. It then disappeared.
Rather than sending me off on more wild goose chases, please just fix the problems, folks. I don't have the time to keep fiddling with software which I purchased and assumed was up to your previously well-deserved reputation. That reputation is what kept me coming back for the past 15 years.
I expected better from the product and I now expect a proper solution to the problem which I and many others have encountered.
Otherwise, next time I go to replace it ......................... well, you get my drift.

Hi,
Can you tell us which email client you are using and the operating system? Also, how did you install NIS2012 - over an older version of NIS or after uninstalling the security product of another vendor? [yes, I saw what you said]
Thanks
