I'm getting a error message of 3039,65559 and the Sonar Protection is not fixed. I try to log into tech help & they state they have another problem, I waited for 24 hours & did the scan again but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?

can you please tell us the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 220.127.116.11)
