According to what I had read, they had reproduced the problem and were working on a solution as of 5/28., May 28th for the non USA people.

you will get it going with a bit of grit lol. i got mine going just glad i got that firewall  issue solved and it's not a problem with my system. i unchecked the resolved. i ticked it because i thought there was just a server issue.

We were able to track down an issue that could potentially be preventing somone from getting into support, and have now corrected that problem.  Can you please retest the issue and let us know if the problem still persists?

It is now working on my NIS system. I will test my N360 system later to seeif that is OK but I guess that it will be. Thanks for the fix.
