I need the name of the audio file missing
In the Device manager does any of the listing for files for any of the devices have a warning mark or Missing.
Go Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Device manager,
You will see Keyboards listing and others like Sound
You go into driver details to see the drivers listed.
